Front and back labeler built by Hoppmann, serial # LM0021BSYS01001, year 2003, comes with 4 label heads, infeed indexing screw with starwheel, reject station, considered a right to left labeler. In theory, labeler can run at 225bpm (25rpm of turret), but this speed is dependant on the label application. This was running 50ml jars 3in diameter x 2in high. The machine was applying 4 different labels: 2x labels 2in long x 1in high (front and back), 2x labels 2.5in long x 0.5in high (front and back). The machine can do front and back labels but not wrap around. Each label head has a Lion Precision type LRD 2100 label sensor. Remote SS electrical panel with PLC Allen Bradley type SLC 5/04 with HMI type Panelview 600. 208V, 3ph, 60hz. Overall dimensions 10ft long x 7ft wide x 7ft high.
