EZEM CANADA in Montreal, Quebec (2006-2007)

• Complete turnkey integration of a pouch filling line with robots sponge filling
• Among the different stations in the line, equipments were used to insert sponge into pouch, pouch coding verification, liquid filling, ultrasonic sealing...
• PCM also had to integrate Ishida and Loma check weighers, Belcor case former and case taper, Optel vision systems and many more
  
  

Royal Canadian Mint (2005)

• First worldwide coin printing event
• Ink-jet printing the crest found on the Canadian quarter
• All the verification (vision system) process
  
  

L'Oreal USA in Savannah, Georgia (2005-2006)

• Full responsibility for five complete line relocations from the US to Canada
• Overhauling of all production lines at PharmaCos Machinery's plant
• Turnkey projects on all lines which involved re-engineering
• Re-integration of the lines at their final location, commissioning, etc.
  

L'Oreal USA in Solon, Ohio (2005)

• Complete turnkey projects for two shampoo lines
• Line included all equipments such as unscrambler, filler, labeler all the way to case packer and palletizer
• Part of the project was to refurbish the palletizer which includes resetting a new pattern of palletization, all electrical modifications, mechanical upgrades

L'Oreal CANADA in St-Laurent, Quebec (2005)

• Complete bottle filling line including refurbished packaging equipment done by PharmaCos Machinery
• Full responsibility for all electrical and pneumatical modifications, electrical docks, wiring, as well as constructing electrical panels used on the line
