Palletizers are utilized to transfer packaged cases from a conveyor to a pallet. This is ideal for heavy cases/bags or unique applications where a robotic arm can do the work better than any pair of hands. Robotic systems have a wide variety of options and can allow the picking of the cases, the pallet and even slip sheets. Our models can be simple with a single palettizing zone or can also include an ‘over/under’ system, multiple pallet accumulation zones and even dual palletizing zones.
