Machines - Filler capper

Filler capper machines are monobloc style equipment which allow you to fill and cap all in the same machine. This is ideal to avoid product spill after exiting a stand alone filler while bottle transfers un-capped to the capping station. Their construction is usually a complete rotary system but you also find inline filling section followed by a rotary capping section. Some filler capper machines can also include an additional station for plug/tip or even membrane sealing station depending on application.

The filler is used to fill liquid, semi-viscous or viscous products. The components being filled are typically bottles, jars or containers. Fillers in a monobloc style equipment typically dispense product by means of volumetric pistons or mass/flow meters. Many factors come into play before choosing your filler including speed (intermittent or high speed rotary continuous filler), type of product, fill volume, non-intrinsically safe or intrinsically safe application.

The capper is used to capping screw caps for bottles or lids for jars by means of a chuck style system. The capper also includes a cap sorter and a cap elevator. The capper can use mechanical style clutch or magnetic clutch which is preferred for its precision.
