Machines - Bottle unscrambler

Bottle unscramblers are used to sort bulk bottles (random) onto a conveyor before the bottle is filled. This equipment avoids manual loading of bottles onto conveyor by having operator unload bottles into a bottle elevator which will then lead the bottles onto the bottle unscrambler’s sorting bowl (typically centrifugal), where the bottle will exit upright and onto a conveyor.  Some unscramblers can also come with integrated bottle cleaner.
