Machines - Transfer belt system

Transfer belt systems are used to transfer products (bottles, cartons, pucks, etc) from one conveyor onto another. For bottles, they can be used when the side to side transfer is difficult due to bottle specifications. They also can be used for product coding underneath the bottle or the carton. Another application for our belt transfer systems are when depucking a bottle out of a puck. All our transfer belt system are equipped with FlexLink type X45 conveyor systems and PCM’s own base structure. They are adjustable in width and in height to allow maximum utility for the end users.
