Cappers have a wide range of applications depending on type of caps but they all have the same utility: allowing semi-automatic or automatic capping of caps onto bottles.  The two main categories of cappers are inline and rotary. Many factors are to be considered before choosing a capper including, bottle type, cap type, speed, required torque, level of automation, etc. Automatic cappers will also include a cap elevator, sorting bowl and conveyor.
