Tanks or kettles can be used to store product or fabricate product when the tank possesses mixers, jacket for heating/cooling by steam or cold water and even pressure rated. Tanks can vary in size and also in construction but most tanks offered in this category are built in stainless steel. Some tanks can also include electrical panels allowing the operator to adjust mixer speed, temperature probe to know product temperature or even pressure gauge for interior pressure information.
