Labelers are equipment that unwind labels from label rolls and dispense each label on a bottle (in most cases) but can pretty much be applied on any packaging component (tube, carton, case, etc). Labelers can be inline models with either one or two label head or they can be rotary with multiple labeling heads. The various applications of labeling for bottles and jars include wrap around, prism system and front & back application with wiping system. Other applications include print & apply, top or bottom label applicators and tamper evident labelers. Labelers can also include secondary equipment such as coding and vision systems.
