Accumulation turntables offer users additional autonomy whether it is for feeding a line with product or at the end of the line for accumulation. We also find accumulation turntables at key positions inside a line to allow production to continue while downstream equipment are stopped (we call these transfer turntables). Our new line of turntables come in various size from 36” to 48” and our most recent design the 60”. All our turntables are built in stainless steel (with the exception of an aluminum plate below the turning disc), a heavy duty gearmotor, a variable speed drive and most importantly roller bearings under the turntable disc to improve stability. Additional options include side loading station, transfer plates and motorized guiding system allowing product flow on turntable.
