Unline cappers, retorquers require the assistance of an operator to insert and pre-torque a cap on a bottle. Another application for a retorquer in at the exit of an induction sealer which can loosen the cap on a bottle. Retorquers are available as an inline equipment or even a rotary equipment with starwheel.
